Good News for May for the Phoenix Real Estate Market Update, while the overall market is still weighted towards buyers, it is more balanced than April. We are not seeing much overall change over the past few months, and are still eagerly awaiting for some more significant developments.

Michael Orr of The Cromford Report at the WP Carey School of Real Estate in his latest analysis breaks down the statistics for the Phoenix Real Estate Market:

  • Active Listings (excluding UCB): 25,555 versus 15,466 last year - up 65.2% - but down 2.5% from 26,205 last month
